What is Microneedling? 

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a clever treatment that uses a device with tiny, fine needles to create hundreds of little micro-channels on the skin’s surface. 
Don’t worry — it’s not as scary as it sounds! These micro-injuries are controlled and very gentle, but they kickstart your body’s natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin (the two things that keep our skin firm, smooth, and youthful).

Before & After – When will I see results? 

You might look a little flushed right after your treatment (think light sunburn), but within a few days, your skin will feel softer, smoother, and more hydrated. 
 

Although you will see results after the first treatment, you will see the best results after a course of 3–6 treatments, spaced about 2-4 weeks apart. Over time, you’ll notice firmer skin, fewer lines, and a more even complexion — with no harsh chemicals or invasive procedures. 
 
What to expect at your first appointment 

• We’ll have a consultation to chat about your skin concerns 

• Your skin will be double cleansed and prepped 

• I’ll apply your custom CLINICARE serum and carry out the microneedling 

• We’ll finish with a soothing CLINICARE sheet mask to calm and hydrate. 

Immediately after your skin might feel warm for a few hours ,you’ll leave with a post-treatment glow (and a plan to support your skin at home). 
 
Aftercare & Downtime 
 

• Avoid makeup, exercise, or heat for 1–2 days 

• No active ingredients or exfoliants for at least 5 days 

• Use gentle, hydrating skincare (I’ll recommend the right CLINICARE products for you) 

• SPF is a must — every day, even when it’s cloudy! 

• Skin may be red or flushed for 24–48 hours  
   
  Most clients return to normal activities the next day. It’s a super effective treatment with minimal downtime and maximum results.
